When will my order ship?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Chocolates by Delanda only ships orders Monday - Thursday. Orders received after 1:00pm Thursday - Sunday are processed the following week.

Orders shipped by Standard Shipping are processed within 5 - 7 business days.

Orders shipped by Express Shipping are processed within 3 business days.

Orders shipped by Next Day Shipping are processed within 1 business day.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Chocolates by Delanda ships all Standard and Express orders via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail. All next day orders are shipped by UPS. 

 

When packing your orders for shipping we use Cool Shield Bags and Dry Ice (or Gel Ice) to ensure the product maintains a cool temperature during transit. We also label the box with "Caution Package is Perishable and Fragile" to alert the carrier of the contents.

 

Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, we send the first of two emails to alert you that your order is "in progress." The next email will be to alert you that your order has been shipped.

How can I make a purchase without a PayPal Account?

1. Select your chocolates.

2. Click the cart icon to check out.

3. Review your cart, and click "PayPal".

4. Next select "Pay with Debt or Credit Card".

5. Enter credit card information and check out.

How do I ship to someone else?

When you check out, uncheck the box that says "Ship to my Billing Address". This will open the option to ship to a different address.
