When will my order ship?

Standard and express orders are shipped Monday through Thursday due to the perishable nature of the products. Next day (overnight) orders are shipped each day.

Orders with Standard Shipping are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Express Shipping orders are processed within 3 business days. Next Day (Overnight) Shipping orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

How will my order be shipped?

Standard and Express orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail; Next Day orders are sent via UPS. Orders are packed with Cool Shield Bags and Dry Ice or Gel Ice to maintain cool temperatures during transit. Packages are labeled "Caution Package is Perishable and Fragile" for carrier awareness.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

After a tracking number is assigned, three emails are sent: notification that your order is in progress, confirmation of shipment, and confirmation of delivery.

How can I make a purchase without a PayPal Account?

• Choose products and add them to the cart.

• Select the cart icon to check out.

• Review the cart and select "PayPal".

• Then choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

• Enter payment details and complete checkout.

How do I ship to someone else?

At checkout, uncheck the box marked "Ship to my Billing Address" to enter an alternative shipping address.

How do I care for my chocolates?

Because we don’t use preservatives in our products, we recommend that you refrigerate your chocolates.

Chocolate Turtles and Infused Chocolates can be kept at room temperature in an air-tight container for up to 1 week, refrigerated in an air-tight container for 1 month, or frozen in an air-tight container for up to 3 months.

​

Chocolate Nut Clusters, Pretzels, Popcorn, Coco Booms, Rice Crispy, and Oreo’s  are good at room temperature in air-tight container for up to 2 weeks; refrigerated for 2 months; and in freezer in for 3 months.
