Chocolates by Delanda is committed to doing our part to support a community that supports us. For this reason, Chocolates by Delanda Foundation of Giving Inc was established in 2017 to continue this important work. The foundation works with numerous charitable and community organizations each year to donate products, sponsor events and offer other support to help these important groups improve the quality of life for all of us in the Greater Milwaukee area.

 

If you would like to request a donation for your organization or event, please contact us via email at cbdfog@gmail.com at least six weeks (but no more than three months) in advance of your event with the following information:

• Your organization’s mission/vision statement, history and any other pertinent information about your organization

• A description of the event and date of the event

• A copy of your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter (if your organization is tax exempt)*

• The nature of your request (e.g., silent auction/raffle item, sponsorship, etc.)

• A contact name, mailing address, phone number and email address

 

When we receive your request with all supporting documents, we will respond with a conformation email. Please allow three weeks for review and responds to your request. If you have not received a responds within three weeks, please contact us.

*Please note that Chocolates by Delanda Foundation of Giving Inc does donate to organizations that are not 501(c)(3).
