Chocolates by Delanda is committed to doing our part to support the community that supports us. The Chocolates by Delanda Foundation of Giving  was established in 2017 to continue this vital mission. Each year, we work with numerous charitable groups, grassroots organizations, and local families to improve the quality of life for all of us in the Greater Milwaukee area.

 

 

Boutique Donation Guidelines

To allow our atelier the time necessary to curate a meaningful donation, please submit your request at least six weeks (but no more than three months) in advance of your event.

How to Request a Curation

Please submit the following details via email to cbdfog@gmail.com:

• Your Mission: A brief history or vision statement for your organization or cause.

• The Milestone: A description of your event, including the date and expected attendance.

• Documentation: A copy of your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter (if applicable).

• The Request: The nature of your request (e.g., silent auction/raffle item, event sponsorship, or personal act of kindness).

• Contact Details: Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.

Please note: The Chocolates by Delanda Foundation of Giving Inc. proudly supports both registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits and non-registered community causes.

 

The Review Process:

Upon receiving your request and all supporting documents, a personal service consultant will provide a confirmation. Please allow three weeks for our atelier to review and respond to your request.
